The workshop will take place with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached 5 weeks before the first day of the workshop, the participants will be informed about this. You then have the opportunity to participate in another workshop, to wait for more participants to register or to get back the workshop fee completely.
You can register until the first day of the workshop. After you have registered online successfully you get an automatic confirmation to your email box. Afterwards, further information about the materials, accommodation options, timetable and the invoice will be sent by e-mail. 10% of the total workshop fee is payable immediately after the invoice has been received and serves as a reservation and processing fee. If this amount is not paid within 1 week, the application is considered invalid. The remaining contribution is due no later than 4 weeks before the first workshop day. Cancellation and refund is not possible within 4 weeks before the start of the workshop.
The Academy of Fine Art GmbH reserves the right to change teachers at any time. The workshop participants have to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Academy of Fine Art GmbH and accept these with registration.
